Future Indonesia Very Clear

President Director of PT Nestle Indonesia, Arshad Chaudhry, said the future of Indonesia is very bright. This is seen through a number of macroeconomic and social indicators show a good number. "Indonesia's economy to grow 6-7 percent per year. That's quite extraordinary, in the midst of a situation (global crisis) right now," said Arshad, in the event's CEO Speaks on Growth held by Binus Business School, in Jakarta, Tuesday (13 / 9 / 2011) night.

In addition to this growth, Arshad also said Indonesia's per capita income is in good condition, which is about 3,000 dollars per capita. "As many as 45 percent of the population (is) the population under the age of 25 years," he added, where the unemployment rate continues to decline.

"So many macroeconomic and social indicators show country (Indonesia) will have the prospect (a good) in the coming years," said Arshad.

With this condition, he argues, many foreign investors who are preparing to invest in Indonesia. This is because Indonesia produces many commodities with abundant natural wealth.

Associated with the company he leads, Arshad said, adding that Nestle Indonesia continues to develop its business in Indonesia. One step in fact, on Monday (12/09/2011) yesterday, Arshad and Minister of Industry, MS Hidayat doing groundbreaking ceremony as a sign of the construction of a new plant worth 200 million U.S. dollars in the industrial area Surya Cipta, East Karawang, West Java.
