Overcoming Cough Colds While Pregnant

Do not take any medication when experiencing symptoms of colds and coughs when pregnant. You can cope with natural and simple way, in addition to consulting a doctor to treat the right way of course. Here's how:

* Get plenty of fluids such as water, warm tea, or juice.
* Sleep with your head slightly elevated for easier breathing.
* Make a vapor for inhalation. Add eucalyptus aromatherapy that can reduce the blockage in the nose and prevent headaches.
* Drink warm water with lemon and honey mixture to reduce sore throat.
* Consumption of garlic is also beneficial to cure cough and cold.
